المهارات المطلوبة
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to plant manager and other departments
  • Schedule meetings and make necessary arrangements
  • Manage and schedule travel
  • Manage company mail activities including ingoing and outgoing couriers to ensure efficient processing, record tracking, accuracy and confidentiality when required.
  • Provide support and secretarial services such as: receive and answer calls, emails, faxes, in addition to provide: typing, filing, and scanning tasks.
  • Manage and maintain office files and documents.
  • Draft letters and emails with high accuracy.
  • Ensure a smooth running of office processes.
  • Update the logging daily schedule and vacation logs for all the managers.
  • Help and assist other departments whenever they need any help.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and data sheets upon the request of Managers.
  • Respond to client emails and follow up on received inquiries by providing the required information.
  • Maintain and follow up on office supplies, stationary and equipment and reorder whenever needed.
  • English Language proficiency .
Any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
